The lots sit well apart with mowed grass yards between them, not a row of rigs packed shoulder to shoulder. The driveways are maintained. The grounds are kept by the owner, not by whoever happens to be staying.
It is quiet out here, and it is private. It is also a short drive for groceries in South Hill and three miles from the boat ramp at Steel Bridge.
